About this Service
!This session is for experienced potters only!
To work in this session you must have previous pottery experience to be able to plan and work on your own, without supervision. All studio equipment and tools are available for you to use. Clay and glazes can be purchased from the studio at additional cost. Firing your work will be charged by the weight of each pot. No clay or glazes purchased from other sources are permitted unless approved by the studio staff, this is to protect our kiln, and the different temperature some glazes need to be fired at.
Cancellation Policy
Due to the difficulty in filling places at short notice and to protect the business from significant losses, the following cancellation and refund policies are in place.
If you wish to cancel or reschedule your place on any of the workshop/classes/sessions, you must do so 28 days before the start of the workshop/classes/sessions to receive a full refund/guarantee transfer or rescheduling. This gives us the opportunity to fill the space. After the 28 days before, we can not offer any refund, but maybe able to reschedule, if there is more than 14 days’ notice.
We can not refund or reschedule any workshops/classes/sessions with less than 14 days’ notice, or after it has begun.
If you are completing a 6/8-week course and cannot attend 1 of the sessions, we will try any reschedule the 1 missed session, at our discretion.
If we have to cancel any of the courses for any reason, then you will receive a full refund, and where possible you will be given 5 days’ notice. If the course has already begun, you will be refunded for the remaining, undelivered sessions, if alternative arrangement cannot be satisfactory rescheduled for both parties
